Proof of Reserves

For a real-keyed wallet, "on-chain balance" is read live from the blockchain itself via its own public address — the same figure anyone could verify independently on a block explorer, not a number this app is merely asserting. "Client claims" is the sum of every pooled client account's ledger balance against that wallet.
